1. Sessions & validity. Your package includes the number of sessions and session duration shown at checkout, to be completed within the stated validity period. Sessions are conducted during studio operating hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (closed Sunday and Monday).

2. Absence notice. If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, an absence notice must be submitted through your dashboard at least 1–2 days before the session — no same-day or on-the-day notices are accepted, regardless of how many hours remain before the session.

3. Make-up & rebooking. With a valid absence notice, you may rebook one make-up session through your dashboard. Rebooking is allowed only once per session, and only when requested at least 1–2 days before the scheduled time. If you fail to give at least this notice, the session is considered used, with no refund, credit, or replacement session.

4. Reservation & payment. Your selected schedule is only officially reserved upon successful, verified payment. Once reserved for you, Northern Root may decline other booking requests for the same time slot. Admins confirm the final plan with you over Messenger.

5. Memberships. Club memberships are billed monthly. Unused sessions expire at month end and do not roll over. Memberships are ongoing and can be renewed each month.

6. Positioning. Northern Root Flight Academy provides simulator-based aviation education and familiarisation. Programs are not a substitute for formal flight training and do not grant a CAAP Student Pilot Authorization, pilot licence, or other official aviation qualification.
