💎 Diamond absences & rebooking
Make-ups must be booked and completed within 30 days of your first session in each billing cycle. Any absences, unused sessions, or unclaimed make-up credits are forfeited at the end of that period — they don't roll over.
How membership payments work
- Pay 2 months to start — your first month plus 1 month advance that holds your membership.
- Upgradable anytime. When you move up a tier, the 1-month advance is topped up to the new tier's rate.
The membership is ongoing — students don't have to “graduate” after one year; they can renew for another year with a new set of missions and challenges. Unused sessions expire at month end and do not roll over.
